Ita Lolita

There are rules when it comes to wearing Lolita fashion. Some rules can be broken and others should not be broken. Your not only wearing the clothes, you are also sharing the Lolita culture with the public. I do not like negative labels. However, I believe it is better to tell you than to go out in public looking crazy. This pictures are just a few examples of Ita LolitaIta [イタ]comes from the Japanese word "Itai", which means "ouch" or "painful" and is used in a way to mean that the outfit is painful to look at.

How to not be a Ita Lolita

  • No cheap Lolita clothes
  •  No adding any anime things at all
  • Lots of lace is not always a good thing
  • Just because a store or online store says it is Lolita does not always mean that it is.
  • there are more but I am still learning and understand it all myself.
